“Yesterday, I was preparing to award one star. However, the customer service staff tried so hard, answering my emails and keeping me updated that I have to commend them for this. There was initially a delivery delay. My furniture was scheduled to arrive yesterday. This had been agreed by phone to fit in with my work pattern. Nothing arrived by late afternoon and so I emailed and was told that I'd be advised as soon as the item was dispatched. Dispatched!!? It's meant to be on the M25 now. I phoned and was told it was on the road as we spoke. Strange, because that's not what the email said. As it turned out, the item didn't arrive until the next day, so not perfect. However, the fact that CFS communicated with me and tried their best, meant a lot. It turned out that the delay was down to TNT, the courier, so not CFS's fault. Unless you count using a less than efficient courier.”
