With its flowing curves and attractive finger joint detailing Bosco is a delight to behold. Designed to meet the needs of today's living with oak cabinets that provide excellent storage and a choice of extending dining tables.
Bosco is made from solid oak and oak veneers, finished with a clear matt lacquer that shows the beauty of the oak.
In designing Bosco we aimed to achieve flexibility and softness with the range at the same time as creating a strong contemporary feel. Bosco incorporates curves in order to emphasise the solidity of the timber and to keep the feel of the range 'soft'.
The intention was to emphasise the tradition of cabinet craftsmanship by expressing the joinery in the pieces, clearly showing how the furniture is made. The curved finger joint is a signature characteristic of the Bosco range, featuring on the corners of the cabinets and the table and chair legs, whilst further finger jointing provides an eye-catching pattern on the drawer fronts. The joint detailing is writ large where the slats of the dining chair meet the top rail in a beautiful detail.
Bosco means wood in Italian and we named the furniture this because this range is all about the timber and no two pieces are alike. This Bosco medium dining table extends seating 6-8 people when closed and 8-10 people when extended, giving you flexibility for when you have visitors. The end section of the table simply slides out to reveal the extension leaf, conveniently stored within the table.
This oak dining table is finished in a clear matt lacquer to best show off the beauty of the oak.
To enable the dining table to get through your door it comes packed flat and requires assembly.
