Skovbys SM40 Sleigh chair is both cool and elegant - The perfect match for our plank tables
There exists many sleigh chairs manufactured in steel. Skovbys SM40 Sleigh chair is a resistant and strong chair designed with a frame of wood, providing it with a cool, yet elegant look.
The frame is constructed in a trapeze-shape, which perfectly matches the frames of Skovbys 105 and 106 Plank tables. But of course the 40 Sleigh chair may also be combined with any other Skovby table.

Wearability and stability
The Skovby chairs are ergonomically designed to offer the best possible comfort and comply with the most stringent international regulations. All our chair designs are regularly tested at The Danish Furnituremakers' Quality Control, where among other rigorous tests they are subjected to 50,000 tilting pressures. Our chairs are therefore categorized to be within the highist quality level for dining room chairs.

We only sell extremely hard wearing covers that comply with the most stringent quality standards.

“We had a couple of issues that CFS responded to very well. Firstly, part of the order was missed, a bit frustrating, but these things happen. They responded quickly and arranged for the delivery completion with no hassle. Unfortunately one of the chairs then received was damaged, again frustrating but these things happen. Again they quickly arranged for replacement, no hassle and the damaged chair was duly replaced. My point is that although they have seemed to have received some bad customer service reviews, our experience was good and their pricing for same products was 25% less so I would recommend using them and would purchase again”
