Our Leicester showroom spans 30,000 sq. ft. While we display a huge selection, not every item from our website is featured. Call us to confirm product display availability before visiting.

We offer free standard delivery across most UK postcodes (excluding Scotland, Ireland & remote areas)

  • White Glove Service: 25% of order value (England & Wales)

Delivery varies by product and will follow the longest lead time if ordering multiple items.

Next Day/Express Delivery: order before 11am (Mon-Thu). Delivered within 48 hours.

Product Help

We offer a range of products that come either pre-assembled for your convenience or flat-packed for easy self-assembly.

We offer assembly services as part of our White Glove Delivery service for select products in England and Wales for 25% of your cart value. This includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, assembly, and disposal of packaging.

Due to logistics and costs, we do not offer trial products. However, a large selection is available to experience in-store at our Leicester showroom.

Delivery Information

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery to your doorstep. For apartments, delivery is to the ground floor only unless the item fits inside the lift.
  • Room of Choice Delivery: We place the product inside a room of your choice if accessible via a lift (if no lift, ground floor only).

Returns

Return charges depend on the reason for returning:

  • If you change your mind, inform us within 7 days. A £60 pickup fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after collection.
  • If goods are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, there is no pickup charge.

Please retain the original packaging so we can arrange collection and replacement.

Warranty Policy

A 12-month warranty is provided by the manufacturer/supplier starting from the date of delivery.
Please contact us within this period if you discover any manufacturing faults.

All items come with a standard 1-year manufacturing warranty. Some brands may offer extended warranties.

CFS is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages including:
  • Loss or damage to property
  • Bodily injury
  • Costs associated with product use or failure
The maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective item.
Any legal action must be initiated within the warranty period from the date of delivery.
