• Drawer Front: 18mm thick wood particle panels in Semi-gloss Silver Birch finish (camelgroup exclusive). High Gloss polyester lacquer with anti-yellowing treatment with UV (Ultra Violet) drying process.
• Drawers: Drawer Carcass - 12mm thick wood particle panels, pressed with decorative "fabric looking" material. Drawers bottom - 4mm HDF (High-density Fibreboard) panels, pressed with decorative "fabric looking" material.
• Plinths: 18mm thick MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) coated with PVC in black finish on internal side and chromed on external side.
• Onda Handle: Aluminium handle in brill finish (chrome effect).
• Hardware: Solid beech wood dowels 8 or 10mm x 30 or 40mm. Carbonitrided and galvanized steel with zinc alloy patented joints guarantee certified strength and hold. Hinges are certified in compliance with din iso 9001 quality standard. They are subject to static load test (positive opening capacity), wear/durability tests (100,000 cycles of opening and closing with the added load 2x20n), safety testing and salt water resistance and condensation testing. Drawers rails are certified in compliance with iso 9001, "quadro" type, partial or total opening, soft closing and noise attenuator by opening.
• Other Characteristics: Ultralight virgin white poplar wood particles panel adhere to e1 low formaldehyde emission standard as per uni en120 directive.
• Care and Maintenance: Surfaces must be cleaned with soft cloth and neutral liquid detergent. Wash and dry carefully. Do not use powder or abrasive products. Do not use products containing alcohol or solvents. In order to avoid damages do not load weight on doors nor force over-opening or strain on hinges. Avoid prolonged direct exposure to sun light, this might cause discoloration which cannot be regarded as a defect. Do not place the furniture close to heating sources or in humid places for a long period.
