Delivery & Assembly
- Free Doorstep Delivery is available across England and Wales.
- Delivery timeframes are mentioned on each product page. We strive to ensure your order is delivered within the quoted time.
- You can add assembly service at checkout by opting for the White Glove Delivery Service on orders above £600. Our expert fitting team, trained specifically in assembling furniture from our store, will assemble your items at the time of delivery.
- For assistance in deciding whether you need assembly, please call our customer service team for free advice.
Most orders are delivered using our own fleet of vehicles to minimise potential damage caused by third-party couriers. However, lightweight items (under 30kg) and express delivery products may be shipped via trusted third-party carriers.
Delivery Timescales
While 25% of our product range is held in stock, many items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Once your order is confirmed, we promptly allocate stock and arrange a convenient delivery date with you.
If you prefer to collect your order from our store or warehouse, you are welcome to do so. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to prepare your item for collection.

Product Warranty
All products purchased from CFS come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
Please note: The warranty will be void if the product is altered, misused, or modified using any materials or components not originally provided by CFS, without prior approval.
