Free doorstep delivery is provided throughout England and Wales, regardless of order value.
Deliveries are not made to Remote Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, or any offshore islands/postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, PO (30—41), ZE
White Glove Delivery service is not offered in the following postcodes:
AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, G, KA, KY, LA, ML, PA, PH, PL, TA, TD, TQ, TR
Delivery to the Room of Your Choice
Delivery to the room of your choice can be selected as an upgrade for £19.99.
This service is recommended for orders containing heavy or bulky items.
It is only available for deliveries within England & Wales.
White Glove Premium Delivery
This premium service is intended for customers who prefer a full-service experience.
An additional charge of 25% of the order value is applied. The service includes:
a) Delivery to the room of your choice
b) Unpacking and placement of furniture
c) Assembly (if required)
White Glove Delivery is only available for orders over £600 and selected brands, and is limited to England & Wales.
Delivery Charges
Free doorstep delivery is provided in England and Wales.
Excluded Postcodes & Areas:
- Deliveries are not made to Remote Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, or any offshore islands/postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, PO (30—41), ZE.
- For Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and Orkney Islands, delivery can be arranged up to the nearest port. Customers will need to manage onward delivery from the port.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timescales are estimated based on stock availability. Each product listing includes an estimated delivery time:
- Products marked Most of our products are delivered within up to 14 working days.
- Made-to-order items or those with custom finishes and items which are not in stock with us may take between 6 to 8 weeks or longer. You can find the delivery lead times/ Delivery time/ delivery info on all our Product Pages.
- For multiple items with different lead times, the longest time scale will be applied to the entire order.
Note: For White Glove Delivery, an additional 7—10 working days may be required to complete assembly and setup.
Delivery estimates are regularly updated, but availability can occasionally be affected. In such cases, customers will be contacted immediately.
Next-day Delivery
Hundreds of products are listed under Next-day Delivery and can be delivered anywhere in England within 2 working days of ordering.
Deliveries to remote areas, Scotland, the Highlands, and Islands may take longer.
Next-day Delivery Conditions:
- Orders must be placed by 11 AM, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery service.
- Orders received after 11 AM are processed the following business day and delivered within 48 hours of processing.
- Orders received between Friday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
Delivery Arrangement
Once your order is ready, a call is made by our delivery team to arrange a convenient delivery slot.
A delivery day will be offered based on route planning in your area, along with a 2-hour delivery window.
If the suggested date cannot be accepted, an alternative will be offered on the next available route in your area.
What Happens on Delivery Day?
On the day of delivery, please ensure that someone is present at the property to receive the goods.
- For standard FREE delivery, items will be delivered to the main entrance.
- For bulky items, assistance may be required as most standard deliveries are carried out by a single driver.
- If assistance cannot be provided, we recommend selecting the Two-Man delivery service for £19.99, applicable only in England & Wales.
For customers who have selected the White Glove Premium Delivery, a full service will be provided—items will be brought in, unpacked, assembled, and positioned as per your instructions.
Deliveries are handled either by our own fleet or trusted third-party couriers.
If the property is inaccessible or deemed unsafe for delivery, the delivery may be refused, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.
Note:
- Free door delivery is made to the front door only.
- For flats in high-rise buildings, delivery will be completed at the ground-level concierge or reception.
- For Two-Man or White Glove deliveries to upper floors, access must be provided via a suitable lift.
After Delivery — What to Do
Once your item is delivered, please:
- Check that you received the correct item.
- Inspect for any damage to the product or packaging.
- If any damage is found, the issue must be noted on the delivery slip before signing.
This documentation is required for us to raise a claim with our suppliers or couriers.
Next Day Delivery Information
Next day delivery (also known as 1-2 day delivery) is available for hundreds of our products at Choice Furniture Superstore. We offer FREE doorstep delivery all across England and Wales, regardless of the order value.
Many items listed under Next day delivery on our website are eligible for delivery within 24 to 48 hours from the date of your order.
Please Note: Deliveries to remote areas, Scotland, and the Highlands take an additional 4–5 working days.
Express Delivery Information
We offer an express delivery service that ensures your order reaches you within 3 to 5 working days. This option is ideal for customers who need their items quickly and prefer a faster alternative to standard delivery. Please note that only selected items qualify for express delivery, and availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location. Additionally, express delivery is not available for far off postcodes such as those in Scotland, the Highlands, and other remote areas.
Conditions for Next Day and Express Delivery
- Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM (Monday to Thursday) for next day delivery.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the next working day and delivered within 24 hours from that date.
- Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- Products weighing less than 30kg and marked as Next Day or Express Delivery are dispatched directly from our suppliers via third party courier services.
Upgrade to Room of Choice Delivery
You can upgrade your FREE doorstep delivery to delivery to the room of your choice for an additional £19.99. This option can be added at the Cart Page of your order.
We recommend this upgrade for larger or heavier items.
This service is only available for addresses in England and Wales.
Upon Delivery What to Do
After receiving your order, please:
- Confirm the item is correct.
- Inspect the item and packaging for any visible damage.
- If you notice any damage, make a note of it on the delivery slip before signing. This helps us file a claim with our delivery partners or suppliers on your behalf.
