The Impasto Brushstrokes Set of 2 Canvas Prints comprises two framed canvases each featuring an array of bold black brushstroke marks, flowing from one to the next. Each brushstroke is then enhanced with a thicker layer of paint, applied by hand using traditional tools, leaving visible texture on the canvas surface. This painted technique was made popular by classic artists such as Van Gogh and Rembrandt, is called Impasto and is where this product gets its name.
