Before You Order
Furniture needs to suit your space as well as your style. If you need more information about a product before placing an order, get in touch. We can help with questions about dimensions, materials, finishes, product features, delivery and assembly.
Please check the product measurements and the route into your home before ordering. Doorways, hallways, stairs and lifts can all affect whether a large item will fit.
You can also visit our Leicester showroom to see the furniture currently on display. If you want to view a particular item, call us before travelling to check whether it is available to see.
After Placing an Order
For help with an existing order, call or email us with your order number. Tell us which item your question concerns and what you need to know. This helps our team find the right details and respond to your enquiry.
If you have a question about delivery or need to tell us about a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery and Assembly
If you would like help putting your furniture together, ask about our assembly service. For 25% of your order value, our team will deliver, unpack and assemble your furniture in your home.
We do not remove packaging. Boxes and other packaging will be left at your property after assembly.
For questions about a delivery or assembly service already booked, please contact us with your order number.
If Something Is Not Right
If you have a problem with an item or something about your order is not as expected, please let us know as soon as possible.
Email customerservice@cfsonline.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. Photographs of the item, affected area and packaging can help us understand what has happened. Our team will review the information and explain the next step.
