Return collection options

Customers may need to return an online furniture purchase because they have changed their mind, the item is not suitable or it does not fit. For these returns, the standard collection charge is £60.

How the cover works

Add cover when you place your order

    Select the option

    Tick “Yes” for Pre Paid Returns on the basket page.

  2. 2
    Pay £19.99

    The fee is added to your basket total and activates the cover.

  3. 3
    Use it once

    The cover applies to one return collection for one invoice.

What you need to know

  • When used in accordance with its conditions, the cover removes the standard £60 collection charge.
  • If unused on your first purchase, the cover can be used on a future purchase with us.
  • The cover is valid for one use and one invoice only.

Important condition

Items must be ready for collection

Returned items must be in the condition in which they were supplied and must be adequately packed. A collection may be refused if an item is unpacked or inadequately packed, and a £60 failed-collection charge may apply.
