CFS
FULL TIME SALES & DESIGN CONSULTANT
CFS (Choice Furniture Superstore) is one of the UK’s leading independent furniture retailers, known for providing high-quality furniture, exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience both online and in-store. Our goal is to help customers create beautiful, stylish and comfortable homes through expert advice and an extensive range of premium furniture brands.
We are now looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers visualise their dream home, understands current interior trends, and can confidently recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
As a key member of our showroom team, you will guide customers through their buying journey — from providing detailed product knowledge to offering design suggestions, space planning help, and after-sales support. You will work closely with our online and warehouse teams to ensure every customer receives a smooth, personalised and professional experience.
- Assist customers with product selection based on their style and space requirements.
- Provide design guidance, including layout suggestions and furniture pairing ideas.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories — living, dining, bedroom & décor.
- Deliver exceptional service, helping customers feel supported from enquiry to delivery.
You should be confident, positive, and customer-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and understand individual needs. A background in furniture retail or interior design is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
If you love interiors, enjoy working with people, and are ready to be part of a friendly, fast-growing company, we’d love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a respected UK furniture brand.
Apply today and be part of a team that helps customers create homes they truly love.
