For thorough cleaning in case of mold and stain, use damp cloth with natural soap and wipe in the direction of the grain.Timber taken from framework, columns or pillars in Indonesian old homes, so traces of the wood's past life may be visible - holes showing traces of nails, or a past wood joint.
